We spent 10 hours with the Rescue Creek pack, watching them nap, play and bask in the sunshine. There was another pack across the valley with one lone black wolf howling all day.
This grey wolf along with a collared grey were moving across the hillside. Trying to find a safe place to cross the road. When the opportunity arose they made their move.
She stood at the top of the rolling hill after crossing looked around, waiting for her pack mate, howled and went about her day.
